We supply emergency food relief to an average of 300 families per fortnight. Approximately 4-5 tonnes of food per month, made up of fresh Fruit and Veg, Frozen Meals, pantry goods, bread, milk & other dairy, and grocery items made available via major retail chains.
25 Volunteers and open 2 days a week for three hours each day.
A team picks up and delivers in an old van. This van needs major repairs and attention to the brakes and suspension but is otherwise a great and useful vehicle. Our current repair and maintenance costs have exceeded $5000. We also need 5 new folding tables, 7 x Plastic storage containers, and shelving for our large refrigerator. Our output has grown exponentially over 6 years of running and we need extra investment to maintain our growth.
