As a thank you, all those who support the fundraiser will receive a gift of free meditation recordings from me at the end of the month.
Mediation has improved my life in so many ways and has become one of my most valued personal tools for health and self care.
That said, I also totally understand the struggle with making it a habit and practice.
So this month I'm dedicated to sharing with all of you practical tips I've learned along the way to help me establish a regular practice which you can read on my blog (yogawithmorgan.com).
I will also be hosting a free group meditation on the 31st of May at 7pm at Qi Yoga in Freshwater, where I'll lead us through a guided meditation but also host a potent discussion about meditation. Looking forward to seeing you there!
