Good for Manly (GFM) is an independent group that was formed in January 2012 to be the voice of residents.
In recent times we have campaigned against the Council's proposed plan to build a massive car park under Manly Oval and redevelop the Whistler Street car park site into shops and apartments.
We have also presented alternative visions to rejuvenate Manly's seaside village character. We promote improving safe bicycling, a plan for management of our trees, and proper maintenance of our infrastructure. Free wi-fi in Manly Corso was a GFM initiative.
Your small donation will assist us to fund our communication campaigns and ensure we are able to meet our key objective of an open and transparent local council system*.
Thanks for your support! Candy Bingham President, Good For Manly

NSW Government has announced it will phase out our world-famous large ferries starting early this year. They will be replaced with small commuter-style faster ferries. The large classic ferries are the lifeblood of Manly and must be retained.
