In early June 2014, when Tilly Swain was just eight weeks old, she was diagnosed with infant leukaemia - a rare diagnosis for a child under one. Tilly's condition, Infant Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), requires intensive treatment including a bone marrow (stem cell) transplant.
Since Tilly's diagnosis, her parents Kyle and Carmen have been by her hospital cot on a 24/7 roster, as well as looking after Tilly's big brother three-year-old Jock.
As her friends we're wanting to help in any way we can. People have been amazing so far. If you'd like to provide Kyle and Carmen and their little family with some help at this tough time by way of contributing to a fund, you can donate here.
We figure a little help from a lot of people will give them a few less things to worry about at a time when they are concentrating 100% of their efforts on Tilly and Jock.
Love to you and your family Miss Tilly. Only a small amount but l hope it helps. xxxx
