In honour of my loving husband Rex Paull and father to .Stacey Lydia and Hayden we will accept the ice bucket challenge . MND is the most horrible of diseases a person can get it robs you of the ability to Move Speak Eat And eventually Breathe. Our lives were forever changed with the three little letters MND . There is NO CURE NO TREATMENT .
The cost of caring for a person with MND is an enormous financial strain on families , both the person with MND and their partner carer need to give up work in order to provide the 24/7 care that is required . The physical affects of the disease not only rob the person with the disease but also take a huge toll on the whole family . There is limited resources and funding to help support these families and no where near enough funding to research for a cure !!! There has been no break through in this field in more than 75 Years !!!! So now it is time to get the ball rolling the ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE has gone GOLBAL and it has already helped raise more awareness of this Killer Disease than we could hope for . ANY AMOUNT YOU CAN DONATE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED
