The Friendship Circle is doing their annual Friendship Walk Again this year on Sunday 7 September.
The Friendship Walk is their major fundraising function of the year.
This very special organisation allows children with special needs to experience the joy of friendship.
Gain the confidence they need to make the most of their abilities and talents. Become a part of the community and learn appropriate social skills.
2014 is a massive year of change for our nephew and cousin Jonty. It is a transition for him from the safety and predictability of a school environment to the big wide world.
Today there are thankfully a number of programs that help with this transition into the larger community. One constant for Jonty is Friendship Circle which
provides a volunteering programme for young adults which enables them to become productive people.
We would welcome your support either as a participant in the Friendship Walk and/or as a sponsor of our walk.
