Hello! I intend to walk from HMAS Stirling in Western Australia to HMAS Creswell in the East of Australia (JBT), journey to start in May 2017! A journey of over 4200 klms, with no support crew or back up vehicle, this trip is planned to raise funds for Legacy, which is dedicated to caring for the families of veterans who have died or become incapacitated either on service or subsequently. This extends to veterans who have served in war and on peacekeeping and humanitarian missions. Thank you for your Support!
Legacy is an iconic and uniquely Australian charity founded in 1923, dedicated to supporting the families of our veterans. We currently care for around 43,000 families, including 1,300 children and 1,100 dependants with a disability.
