LinkedUp™ is providing Right Now Relief where it is needed most. Right now, almost 10,000 people experience homelessness in Western Australia, and while government and community organisations work towards providing housing solutions for these individuals, our concern lies in the trauma and suffering experienced in the meantime. The 2026 Homelessness Week call to action was “Homelessness Action Now”, and we are proud to have made that our mission. While longer-term housing solutions are underway, in the interim we are, and will continue to, run a number of people-first campaigns, providing immediate relief where it is needed most - to learn more please visit: https://linkedup.net.au Instead of expecting those doing it tough to know where to find available support, we are finding it for them and bringing it to their metaphorical doorstep, meeting people where they are — on the streets. As often as we can we head out to highly affected areas to gift those doing it tough with things like care packages, grocery vouchers, pre-paid meal vouchers, as well as tickets to events, providing these individuals with something to do and somewhere to be. Further to this, we have created a dedicated print version of our civic asset, iLocal®, designed specifically for those experiencing homelessness. The booklet acts as a practical guide, helping individuals navigate their immediate environment, including information on where to source services and events that are free and within walking proximity. 100% of the funds raised here go directly to the cause — no administration costs, no overheads, and no hidden fees or intermediaries. Every cent donated goes toward: printing iLocal™ booklets, purchasing care-package items, grocery vouchers, prepaying meals with local food providers and of course, brightening the day of those who often face each day alone.
