We are thrilled to bring back our very own Practice-a-thon! For six weeks through June and July we’re encouraging all students to commit to regular practice sessions as they build their musical skills, confidence, and love of music. This year, our Practice-a-thon will also support Keys of Life, a wonderful local charity that helps children with disabilities and diverse learning needs experience the joy and benefits of music. Through specialised training and programs, Keys of Life equips music teachers and therapists with the skills to help every child flourish through music. Many of our own teachers (and therefore students) have already benefitted from their work. By participating in the Practice-a-thon, students will not only strengthen their own musical journey, but also help make music more accessible for children in our wider community.
