This June, I am getting on my bicycle for the parents and families whose lives have been touched by Transcend Australia.

During the month of June, I will be riding (at least) 641 kilometers; one for each of the wonderful families we supported in the last year alone.

The evidence is clear: Family support is one of the strongest predictors of well-being for transgender and gender‑diverse young people. So I’m riding to honour those families, to celebrate their courage, and to help Transcend keep doing the life‑changing work we do every single day.
