Hello, I'm Anna. My dad, Papa Dong as he is lovingly called, is battling stage 4 colorectal cancer. He was initially diagnosed in 2022 at stage 2, and he underwent surgery and chemotherapy soon after.

However, now the cancer has spread to his lymph nodes and liver. He has just been operated on last night to remove the blockages in his intestines so he can start eating normally again. He now has a colostomy bag.

Papa Dong's doctor has given clearance for him to eat solid food beginning tomorrow. We were also advised that he can undergo chemotherapy again once he is strong enough for it. This is to remove the rest of the smaller blockages or tumors in his body.

We need help and support for his medical bills, hospitalisation, medications, and alternative treatments, and also so I and my husband can fly home to be with him in the Philippines.

Papa Dong has the most beautiful heart, always helping other people in need. Now, he is needing all of your help. He is a tough bugger and a fighter, not letting cancer beat him. He is in so much pain, but still joking around, always in good spirits. Though we know what incredible pain he is going through.
