Autism doesn’t end in childhood—it continues into adulthood, often with even greater challenges. One of the hardest is finding meaningful work. This ia what many young adults with disabilities face every day. Our city once had a small coffee shop that gave hope by employing people with disabilities, but it closed. We refuse to let that hope disappear. That’s why we are starting a food and coffee truck: to create opportunities, independence, and a brighter future for adults with autism, Down Syndrome and other disabilities.
