I'm running 100 miles in honour of my dad, Bryan, who sadly passed away suddenly last June from Liver Cancer. This challenge is my way of remembering him, celebrating his life, and helping raise awareness of a disease that affects far too many families. I'm also raising funds for the Liver Foundation, whose work supports research, education, and those impacted by liver disease. Every donation, no matter the size, means the world and helps keep my dad's memory moving forward - one mile at a time.
Running 100 miles is a significant challenge, but to me it represents something steady and enduring — qualities I always saw in Dad. Through the long hours, the night sections and the tough moments on the trail, I’ll be thinking about him and the example he set: keep going, stay level-headed, and look after the people around you.
Why I Run
