Lyn Smith is remembered by her family and friends around Australia and the world as an amazing, vibrant, determined person. She lived with Fibrodysplasia Ossificans and was often the first to volunteer to help research or advocacy efforts that could help others with this condition in the future.


In keeping with Lyn's generosity and spirit, her family have kindly asked that those wishing to show their love and respect for Lyn make a donation to FOP Australia to support others living with FOP, and the ongoing work to find a cure.


Rest in peace Lyn. We will miss you x
