Raising Funds for: Alison Green Legacy to rural GP education

Alison’s Legacy

Alison served as AMaRE’s pro bono Chair, guiding her fellow directors, obstetric and midwifery colleagues in developing and providing vital interdisciplinary courses designed to save the lives of mothers and babies.

During her tenure with AMaRE, Alison successfully navigated the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic—keeping more than 100 volunteer instructors engaged, maintaining excellence in her field, and embracing life with her characteristic enthusiasm and joy.

Alison's family have asked that instead of flowers, donations are made here so that her life's work continues. All funds raised through donations will go directly towards supporting rural GPs to attend the very courses Alison championed.

Please give in honour of Alison’s extraordinary passion, energy, and dedication—so that the ripple effect of her life’s work continues to be felt for generations to come.
