The Shed Fitness will be hosting an event to raise money for the 4K Charity who's mission it is in the Southern Highlands to provide a significantly better environment within the Wingecarribee for kids with special needs. On Sunday the 21st of December commencing at 6pm our participants will run 5km every hour for a maximum of 24 hours. Our participants will need huge support for such a challenge. Donations to our page are enormously appreciated from everyone involved, with the team at 4K and the organisers of the event at The Shed.
