Bailyn Clancy, an energetic and big-hearted 11-year-old from Langwarrin, is passionate about footy — especially his beloved Tigers — as well as fishing, motorbikes, and all things sport. This season, Bailyn proudly celebrated his 50th game for the Langwarrin Football Club in the very first round.
Known for his kindness, empathy, and willingness to listen, Bailyn is deeply aware of the importance of mental health in our community, inspired by the work his mum does raising awareness in sporting circles. He’s the mate who always checks in, the one who makes time to talk when you need it most.
For as long as anyone can remember, Bailyn has been sporting his iconic mullet — a look first crafted by his big brother Koby when Bailyn was just three years old. But now, he’s ready for a change. In true Bailyn fashion, he wants this change to mean something.
Bailyn has decided to cut his mullet to raise vital funds for Outside The Locker Room (OTLR), a mental health charity delivering life-changing wellbeing education programs in sporting clubs, schools, and workplaces across Australia. Every dollar raised will go towards supporting communities to be more connected, resilient, and mentally healthy.
Let’s rally behind this remarkable young man and help him reach — and smash — his fundraising goal. Your donation, big or small, will make a real difference.
Donate today and show Bailyn that his act of kindness is inspiring change far beyond the football field.
