A Lifeline for Tamsin: Help Her Get to Dialysis Safely
Tamsin has been fighting kidney failure since she was only 13 years old. Now, at 27, she continues this fight with unbelievable strength. Dialysis treatments three to four times a week keep her alive — but even getting to these treatments has become a daily battle of its own.
Tamsin lives in a rural area, and her nearest hospital is a 35-minute drive each way. For the last six months, she has had no reliable transport, turning every appointment into a source of anxiety and risk. Without consistent transport, she faces the constant fear of missing life-saving treatments, which could have devastating consequences.
On top of this, Tamsin survives on social security payments that barely cover her daily living needs. There’s simply not enough left to cover the costs of reliable transportation, leaving her with few options and growing stress.
We are reaching out to our family, friends, and kind-hearted strangers to help make a real difference. A reliable vehicle would give Tamsin the safety, stability, and peace of mind she desperately needs to continue her fight.
Every single donation — big or small — brings us closer to getting Tamsin to treatment safely, without worry. Your support can help ease some of the enormous burden she carries, and give her the chance to focus on her health, not on how she’ll get to her next appointment.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your love, kindness, and prayers.
