Raising funds for: Gina Fight - Help Me Fight for More Time with My Boys

My name is Gina, and I’m a single mother to two beautiful young boys. I’ve been diagnosed with Stage 4 Terminal Triple Negative Breast Cancer, which has metastasized. Here in Australia, I have been told that if I don’t raise funds for alternative treatment overseas, there are no other preventative options left for me. After many sleepless nights of research and listening to success stories of others directly, my last hope is to travel to Hope4Cancer in Mexico by the beginning of May 2025. This treatment is my best chance at extending my time with my children, but it costs over $100,000—a figure I simply cannot reach alone.

My journey with terminal triple negative breast cancer began the day I discovered a lump in my right breast in May 2022—a moment that changed my life forever. Since then, I’ve undergone three rounds of chemotherapy, a double mastectomy, and numerous radiation treatments. Despite these efforts, the cancer spread to my left lung and later to my brain and most recently to my right kidney. I now face MRI, PET, and CT scans every three months, and whenever new active spots appear, I must have radiation again. With my options running out, the Hope4Cancer center in Mexico was one of my last hopes—a chance to keep the cancer at bay and to remain here longer as a mum to my beautiful boys. I need to fight for my two boys 13 and 9, who need me. I want to see my boys graduate, drive their first cars, and navigate their first loves. I want to be there for all the pivotal moments of their lives, while they still need me. Since returning from Mexico the tumour in my kidney has disappeared! My brain tumours have shrunk and I only have 2 small active tumours in my left lung. I will begin stereotactic radiation on those tumours on 30 June, for 3 weeks. I came back with a suitcase of supplements and protocols I have to follow for the next 3 months. It’s hard but I will do what needs to be done! I have also sent bloods to Greece, RGCC (Research Genetics Cancer Centre). They will be running the Onconomics Plus test. This assesses the impact of specific cancer drugs, targeted therapies, and natural treatments on cancer cells. This also makes a cancer vaccine available to me. My next PET/CT and MRI scans will be at the end of August. I will be going back to Mexico for a 5 day enhanced program after these scans. I’ve always taken pride in my independence, considering myself strong, capable, and solution-driven. Yet now, I find myself at a crossroads where accepting help has become essential—even if it makes me feel vulnerable. I’m deeply grateful to have so many wonderful people in my life who offer unwavering love and support. I will keep fighting, for my boys, for me, and for every moment we'll share together. I can’t thank you all enough xx
