Those that know me , know that last year I was going to attempt to raise money for Mental health australia and attempt to run for 24 hours !
Unfortunately due to injuries my body will not allow me to make that happen !
BUT I’m not giving up and to honor the people who donated to my cause !
On the 5th April I aim exercise for 24 hours at my gym Strong Bodies 💪🏽
I will be utilising , treadmills , spin bike , rowers , assault bikes , weights , fighting and all things fitness to get through the whole 24 hours
Please join me on this journey and support me to get the job done for all those Aussies out there struggling in the day to day grind!!
I will be starting at 9am Saturday morning and welcome anyone to join me on the day , night and morning as I attempt to grind for 24 hours!!
