I am a 40 year old single father of 2 who have recently become 100% in my care after not being able to see and barely hear from them for 8+months with no reason untill recently the law placed them I'm my hands unexpectedly. I have been waiting on mediation which I now how certificates for but no lawyers to force financial separation and sort custody of my children due to been rejected from legal aid 3times because of my income (which I hardly see because I'm been tied stuck to a abusive toxic relationship I can't be freed of without the adequate funds) any women can get financial help like I need but nearly every place is gender sided. I work full time so I'm not eligible for my super. I work full time and always have but im on my last week of annual leave,have no orders in place and an ex partner who refuses to pay or leave the home we mutually agreed to sell close to one year ago.. every corner another hurdle the laws on my side but but the system is not and I don't have the funds to do what needs to be done before the problem escalates. Time for me to put my pride aside and ask for help. after all it's not about me amymore it's about my kids! All funds raised will go towards court fees,lawyer and things such a expenses for rehoming my 2 children with me permanently. all I ever asked was shared care but the universe delivered me more then I could ever wish for! I need to cease the opportunity!I'm a firm beliver of karma and paying it forward anything left over would be put directly towards another cause of the same nature another man chained to somone who won't let go even for the right reasons. the justice systems not very fair for men even when u get the balls to ask for help. I work full time always have but my full time job the past month have been full time dad I love it just without the eligibility for legal aid centrelink and other things like that I'm on my own and can't doit without help. Once the financial separation part is sorted we will be able to get a nice place and be comfortable but in the meantime I really need this help please everyone amd anyone help I promise me and my pride n joy's will continue to pay it forward
