My sister in law and good friend Taylor was in a life changing accident earlier this year where she has been left paralyzed from the torso down. The expenses of rehabilitation and equipment she needs feels never ending. I’ve decided to take part in my first ever triathlon to help raise some funds for Tay and hopefully take the smallest financial pressure off her for even a day. In particular she needs some parallel bars to support and aid her to stand. These cost $1200 so if I reach my target we will be purchasing these.
