Those following along know that in 2023, I raced Finke Desert Race raising over $12K for cancer research in Memory of my father, Geoff Findlay who lost the battle to cancer in 2021. I am heading out again in 2025 to take on this huge racing challenge and raise even more funds for cancer research to help all our loved ones and friends going through this awful challenge. I am grateful for the Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation whose research enabled treatment that give us a bonus last 9 months with Dad.
