Since 29th December 2022, Jessica and Adam Hanbury have been living every parent's worst nightmare. This was the night that 2 year old Diana, their youngest daughter of 6 children, was rushed to hospital, but passed away due to unknown causes. It was not long before police made the staggering announced that they were investigating unlawful homicide and hell was unleashed upon the Hanbury Family. A few days later, and over a dozen Police and Child Safety Officers swarmed the hospital clinic, where their 5 other children were having health checks, to forcibly remove their children. The reason: the trauma response Jessica had to returning to the hospital where her daughter passed away was seen as her not being willing to comply with Child Safety. Two and a half weeks later, a local Magistrate ordered that the children be returned to Jessica and Adam, but just 3 weeks after the safe return of their children, Police forcibly removed them yet again. After a year of limited contact with their children, and as police "investigated" the case that they had invented, Adam and Jessica were charged and arrested by police in February 2024 with the murder of their daughter Diana, on charges of wilful negligence, despite the official autopsy results showing that Diana's death had been beyond their control. Dumbfounded by the charges, both parents and their supporters are left incredulous over such a staggering charge, for a case with medical similarities to little Sandipan Dhar and Aishwayra Aswath. Since their arrest in February 2024, the Hanbury family has been separated by unjust bail conditions that have completely denied them lawful Due Process. Both parents are forbidden from all communication with their children, who have been taken 1000kms from their home, and Jessica and Adam have been living in separate states (one in Queensland and the other in South Australia), without the right to communicate with each other in any form. Also, almost all of their friends and family have been claimed by Queensland Police Service as crown witnesses, whom Jessica and Adam have also been forbidden to have any form of communication with. At the start of a court proceeding in June 2024, Jessica invoked international human rights law in court, and the magistrate running her case had her arrested for not appearing in court while she was standing right in front of him. She spent 40 days in jail until she was released, following a landmark case in the supreme court, with the Judge ruling that the Magistrate who had imprisoned her had acted unlawfully, and outside of his jurisdiction. Yet, despite his unlawful rulings, no disciplinary action has been taken against the Magistrate, and he continues to sit in judgement, as if he is innocent of any wrongdoing. Just 6 weeks after her release from unlawful imprisonment, and just two days after exposing QPS failures in their investigation, Jessica was arrested yet again with another unlawful 22 hour detention in the local watch house. She was charged with breaching bail by talking to one of the crown witnesses. Despite Jessica's protests that the person was NOT on the crown witness list, police refused to verify her claims and imprisoned her. Facing the Magistrate the next day, Jessica explained how this witness was not on the original crown witness list and was immediately released. In an interesting turn of events, the evidence supplied by police to justify their actions led to the discovery of a plot of crimes against Jessica behind the scenes to add new witnesses to her case without her knowledge and arrest her for previously talking to this new crown witness, which she was later able to bring to light in a court hearing. This was the second time an arrest was made in an attempt to silence her. Since almost the beginning of her ordeal, Jessica has been self-representing in both criminal court and family court until very recently. She has worked tirelessly writing legal submissions and affidavits, learning legislation and challenging the court on all fronts, all to the tune of constant media slander. Her bold appearances in court often leave the local solicitors in shock and she has ever increasing support in her community as she fights her cause, however, her business, part time jobs have been destroyed and her financial reserves have been depleted by the three separate arrests, and with all support by her husband being denied to her by unjust bail conditions, she now needs help with funds for experienced lawyers and expert witnesses to help her fight the claims Queensland Police Service and Child Safety are making against her and her husband. We appeal to you, on behalf of Jessica, to Please Donate Today and help Jessica fight her way towards freeing herself and her family, and to bringing them all home again, so they can begin the mammoth journey of healing their shattered lives.
