The Battle Cancer F45 Challenge is an F45 Training event uniting members and our fitness community for one purpose: fighting cancer through movement.
We want to push limits, test strength, and embrace teamwork in an exciting fitness challenge over 45 days.
Each training session, step, lift, and jump represents our determination to make change for ourselves and for those around us. We want to make a difference, offering hope, strength, and support for those living with cancer, or to those supporting those with cancer.
