As an ex-paramedic of 20 years, diagnosed with PTSD in 2020, I am passionate about reducing PTSD, and preventing suicides in first responders throughout Australia.

Stuart O'Neill's book 'Just One Reason' is the little book that helps the reader remember that 'One Reason' to make it through their darkest moments.
