On Saturday July 13th we will be running the Rafferty's Coastal half marathon. We are fundraising for the Newcastle organisation Got Your Back Sista. This local charity provide support services to women and children who are experiencing or have escaped domestic violence. One woman every four days is being killed at the hands of a man, most of which are an ex partner. Given the current crisis with domestic violence in Australia and being three women we feel very passionate about this cause! As three girlies who aren't natural runners this will be a challenge.
