I was first drawn into T2KO ‘Time 2 Know Osteosarcoma’ by watching athletes go to extreme levels of determination, completing physically demanding exercise and raising awareness for osteosarcoma. As a 24 year old female it hits home to think Osteosarcoma affects those in age groups 10-30 with teen being the most commonly affected. Osteosarcoma is a bone cancer in long bones. Understanding that I’m within the age bracket made me realise how fortunate I am to have a body that can complete such tasks. I have decided, I will be utilising my body to raise awareness for those that are less fortunate and battling Osteosarcoma. I have committed to completing a full Ironman from 0 to Ironman in 8 months. A goal of completing a Full Ironman on the 1st of December, 2024. This extreme goal is to push my body and my mind to all limits and continue to fight and show up everyday like those battling with Osteosarcoma. Hopefully you can kindly donate and follow along my journey. Thank you
