Renee's Shave for the Gippsland Cancer Care Centre.
My Dad (Geoff) is currently receiving treatment at the Gippsland Cancer Care Centre. It is not a place anyone wants to spend any time in, but if you have to, the staff at the centre make it so much more bearable. Their expertise, generous care and compassion do not go unnoticed. Cancer really sucks. A disease that leaves family and friends feeling quite helpless. So I am shaving my locks on Sunday 21st April because that is something I can do! The funds raised will go towards the Oncology waiting room which needs a "jazz up". If you are able to, a donation would be much appreciated to make a difference to this amazing service that provides for our local community. XO
