24 Hours Of Crossfit In 2024 Zane Hauser

Hi all
Thanks for giving my page a look. I am looking to support these great organisations who support those people that are struggling mentally and physically. I will be doing this by completing 24 Crossfit workouts in 24 hours. 1 an hour until they are all done.
Lifeline do amazing work in saving the lives of those of us who are struggling the most and help save lives everyday.
The Stroke Foundation helps to raise awareness to prevent stroke within the community, enhance recovery, facilitating research for better outcomes and supporting stroke survivors.
Funds raised will be split evenly between the two groups. I would appreciate it if people could share this link. Also if you want to get involved come down and join me and help keep me going it will be held at Unity Health & Performance. Address: Unit 1/7-11 Lindon Ct, Tullamarine Victoria 3043. It will be starting Friday 5th April with the first Workout kicking off at 10am and will continue until the final workout starts at 9am Saturday 6th April. The Workouts and times will all be in the pictures so if you see one you like and the time suits, come down and help me out.
As a bit of fun, highest donation (can be one off or cumulative) gets to pick the final workout. Deadline is midnight April 3rd so if anything is needed it can be sorted out the day before.
