EVENT After taking a 5/6 week break from social media I’ve reactivated my account to announce a charity event that I’ll be running at CrossFit 2444 in 2months time THE CHALLENGE The event will consist of teams of 3. The challenge will be a 24 hour row on the concept 2 rowing machine. Each teammate will row for 20mins straight and then rotate and rest for 40minutes. This will continue for 24 hours. Additionally for every $10 raised I will personally do 1push up in my 40mins rest. This part is optional for all who participate. Anyone is welcome to submit a team for the event. The more the better I decided to organise this event as between August last year & January this year I lost my mother to a long battle with cervical cancer, I lost my best friend/girlfriend to my own alcohol and substance abuse and additionally I made a lot of bad decisions that effected the people around me. I found myself in a really bad place & really struggling with my own mental health. This is why half the funds raised will be donated to cervical cancer in honour of my mother and the other half to the black dog institute for mental health. I really encourage anyone suffering in silence and going through mental health problems to speak up and reach out to someone. Its not weak to speak & your definitely not alone. Any donation would be greatly appreciated for a good cause. Very grateful for the people that have been around me during this time. Lots of love ❤️ The link for donations will be in this post or in my bio, I encourage everyone to share this post to raise awareness. This one is for you mum Happy birthday, 20th February x
