Help Ty aquired brain injury recovery

This story is confronting it contains mental health issues, near suicide hypoxic brain injury and I speak honestly about a man's near hanging his brain injury and his unheard cry for medical intervention.

Ty, 49 yrs old, he is a colourful character in more ways than one, he has been living on the streets most of his life, Ty has experienced so much throughout his life, family estrangement his ex left with his son 23yrs ago, broken relationships, alcohol abuse drug addiction, domestic violence, prison all of that is well behind him, Ty isn't a bad person if he was my my late mother, would not of told Ty that he was in her phone under favourites.
, he has been coming and going from my life and address for 7 yrs, he returned in September 23, but this time he was very unwell, his mental health had seriously deteriorated, he knew this and was presenting himself to the ER on an almost daily bases, he wanted to be hospitalized, sadly that only happened once for him, He is diagnosed with anti social personality disorder, since I've known him he has always talked to himself but this September visit he had started answering himself in negative ways I also noted that he'd become delusional and confused.

I called the police 23/01/24 concerned for Ty's welfare, they found him, transported him to ER, Ty was later released again.

30/01/24 I was expecting a friend over to pick up 4 boxes of food that I had collected for her from the charity I volunteer for, I remember saying to Ty 'she's her now', I helped her put the boxes in the car, said goodbye, came inside to the loo, called out for Ty, he wasn't in the lounge so went out the back to see if he was there, he was, but he was hanging lifeless and grey, I tried lifting him but it didn't loosen the rope, I had to let him go, and he was hanging again, I really noticed that, but I had to let him go, i run in got a knife a cut him down , his head smashed on the ground I started CPR immediately but I didn't have my phone I had to leave him again to get phone, I continued with CPR while I called 000, 2 ambulance arrived and they found a weak pulse while they continued to work on Ty, he was taken to the Busselton Hospital where he received treatment to ready him for the Royal Flying Doctor flight to Royal Perth Hospital,

I came up on a bus the next day, Ty spent a week in ICU, I spent the allowed visiting hours by his side, playing healing music dancing with him and giving him butterfly kisses. he had a heart attack and I was told that the doctors would not perform CPR if his heart stopped as it would worsen Ty's brain injury.
That was very difficult to hear.
Now Ty is on a ward with 3 others, that ward has a nurse 24 hrs a day.
It is only early days, I have seen him improve daily, however the hospital is 3 hours from where I live, a friend booked 3 nights in a hotel, but was refused entry as I hadn't brought my DL, I spent the night in ER, a night in the back of a friend's car, they drove up from bunbury just so I wasn't on the street and that I was safe I do have beautiful friends.
I also spent a night in the hospital carpark, and then I managed to locate some family to stay with.
I would like to raise maybe 5000 to help cover rehabilitation aids my travel and accommodation while in Perth, I have seen Ty improve daily, by accident I got Ty to use his tongue again, I have watched videos of other peoples recovery and it was the loved ones being loving and encouraging them to move they put everything into the recovery, this is what I want for Ty, love one on one support recovery.
83 days on and Ty is up walking his speech is improving, however he only recalls past events he has been accepted to reha. But he is waiting for a placement. He gets very agitated and frustrated at small things. He tells me he wants to come home however that isn't possible yet. It breaks my heart ❤️.
