The Running CEO - 12 Marathons in 12 Months - Empowering Minds, One Marathon at a Time

Hey, amazing community!

I'm thrilled to share a personal journey that has inspired me to embark on a mission this year to make a real difference in our world.

In 2023, I faced some challenging moments with my mental health & wellness. The pressures of life, changes in my career, and everything in between led me to some difficult times. It was during these tough times that I discovered the transformative power of running & wellness. Running became my sanctuary, my therapy, and my path to rediscovering strength within myself.

As I laced up my running shoes, hit the pavement, and conquered km after km, I found solace, clarity, and resilience. Running, quite literally, helped me outrun my demons and embrace a brighter future.

Now, armed with a renewed spirit and a passion for positive change, I've set an ambitious goal for the upcoming year. I'm committing to running 12 marathons or half marathons in 12 months. First one in San Diego in Jan. Second in Bali in Feb. Third in Brisbane in March. Double marathon in Gold Coast in July and more to come

But here's the catch: I'm not doing this just for myself. I've launched a new Instagram account called The_Running_Ceo, where I'll be documenting this journey, sharing insights, and promoting the power of running for mental well-being. My mission is to inspire others to take charge of their mental health & overall wellness through the simple yet profound act of putting one foot in front of the other.
