Wow Just a big thank you to everyone who has donated
we have gone over our target which is great we can alway keep on getting donation if we share this around
The money will be being going to sane to help those impacted by Complex Mental Health which can be eating up your mind and making your everyday life harder and harder.

What an epic Challenge
Thanks to everyone who has donated so far
So we begin the swimming at 6.20am diving into the water with the rain hitting the water a little. with the 2 laps of swimming around the lake.
then on to the bike with the fog along many trails towards Penrith and toward Richmond then along fire trails as the sun slowly came out but it was time to put on the light as the darkness came along. with a dinner with the crew I would then finish the riding.
So we pop on own running gear and headed out into the 2am darkness along the fire trail not be able to see much in front of use till the sun was hitting the sky. but we had some jelly bean and ran till we had finished the the run so after 27 hours there you go

In just under 2 days we will begin our "Bush ironman" for the charity "Sane"
this challenge is big ,long and hard. but not as hard as living with a complex issue that can effect your everday life. So if you have got some spare money it would be epic if you could donate to this charity

Epic just under a week till we begin our Bush Ironman for this Charity "Sane" to rasie awareness for Mental Health
We will be Starting our swim at 6am on 24th of February 2024
then after the swim we hop onto the bike for a bike day of riding and into the night where we begin to run along Fire Trail.
