I have been a childhood friend of Joanne David since I was 7 years old I have watched her grow and become the strong woman that she is today She has defeated all odds in life married off at 18 years of age to a man She didn't love had two children survived the divorce and then entered into another relationship had another child and both relationships ended badly in domestic violence After leaving school in the 8th grade in preparation to be taking overseas for marriage, And even though she did not finish school at the age of 36 She enrolled herself to University and studied a bachelor of law degree.. It took a 3 years just to get into university with bridging courses and she did it She got in. Another 4 years of study all up 7 years of studying just to get a bachelor of laws degree Prior to this she has studied lots of things child care hairdressing events coordination and even made novelty cakes She has always picked herself up and carried on She graduated from law school but in the midst of all of this she had to suffer from the hands of perpetrators Joanne has endured family violence She is one of seven children and at the hands of her siblings she has gone through traumatic experiences being admitted into a mental facility based on a false accusation that her family members made against her claiming that she was suicidal when in fact Joan is far from that She was admitted for 7 days until Joanne appealed her own case to the court and got herself out When she was in the mental facility she was abused by some of the patients there She endured the most horrific experience of her life. After being released she went back there to visit the patients She wanted to know if there was anyone like her that needed help because she only wished that someone would recognise that she didn't belong there This whole experience that she went through was because her family wanted her off social media. When Joanne got out she went back on social media and so the second attempt was to have her incarcerated creating false allegations against her She went through an ordeal of courts treated guilty before innocent and still is ongoing She has legal fees now in debt and is trying to make her way to getting her licence as a lawyer however this has put a stop to it for now But this does not stop Joanne from pursuing her dreams and from working to try and financially support her children She has been a single mum the last 18 years Against all odds Joanne David still goes on however now she has found herself homeless due to the fact that She she's all work to deal with a traumatic matter. Since January of 2023 Joanne has been admitted to a mental institution, falsley accused and arrested and spent one night in corrections, facing homelessness, All because her family wanted her off social media and want to control her lifestyle She's 42 years old and managed to get a law degree after all the abuse she suffered at the hands of men She is a survivor and yet family members seem to think that they can control her lifestyle. She has experienced family violence within her own intermediate family her siblings have manipulated and lied to government organisations that have caused Joanne to now be in the system as a mentally ill drug addict criminal That far from the truth This was an attempt to try and force her to come back to a lifestyle that they believe she should be living Joanne studied law to help father's reunite with children but all she has ever endured is family, manipulating the system and creating a narrative to take her kids off her that way she remains fighting to keep her children and to do so she has to comply and has no choice but to behave as they say. Her legal career at the moment is on a hold, this is you too what her family has done to her. Reputation has been tarnished and she has been humiliated with being admitted to a mental institution and also humiliation of arrest and stripped of her dignity and held in corrections . This is not because she has done any kind of criminal activity deserving of this It has been manipulated narrative her family members created in order to get an outcome in their words to teach her a lesson. When you have family members in large numbers giving the same statement to law enforcement and government agencies and you have one person against all of that you don't really stand a chance Family violence is real family can come in the form of manipulation emotional blackmail harassment and intimidation by family members . Locking up Joanne in the mental institution was their way of able to get her off social media when she was inside there the hector accounts her emails they deleted her social media accounts the impersonated her and they messaged people they caused drama for her life and this was an attempt for her to comply with their rules and regulations Her social media was very vibrant very educational and also exposed a lot of the hypocrisy in the Arabic culture She was born in Australia but has Lebanese descent She speaks the truth about a lot of controversial topics she is a survivor and empowers women and stands up for women's rights against discrimination and abuse Joanne is facing homelessness because she was unable to work after she was released from the mental institution however went back to work I need to do a abuse once more In all of the four years that she rented her property she only fell back on rent since January Since January she fell back on rent for 8 weeks that 8 weeks has never changed since then she always paid her rent but could not catch up on the overdue amount Even though she has the money to pay it it's been withheld from her from family members The cycle of abuse doesn't stop they have not attempted to stop locking her up in some way so that she can comply and change her lifestyle They have tried the mental institution they have tried to lock her up in jail their attempts to try and have her live in a woman's refuge and now it's very unpredictable on what's next I want to start this page because I believe that she deserves a break and she needs to have finance at the moment to be able to find a place or even just pay her legal fees to be able to pursue justice 5,000 isn't even enough for this woman but for now it is appreciated as she really needs to fight to clean her name so that she can pursue her legal career
