This is a "Run for Lara". If you are lucky enough to have met Lara you will know she is a gem of a person. Lara and her family are going through a very tough time because of the terrible impact of cancer. The family need some financial support, for treatments, loss of both incomes, general living costs and to raise their gorgeous kids. Please dig deep and donate as much or as little as you can. On the 24th of September I will be setting out on another Ultramarathon in the Yurrebilla 56km Ultra. This will begin in Belair National Park, and winds its way through a series of National Parks and Conservation Reserves under the Mt Lofty summit, as it makes its way across the western face of the Adelaide Hills, to finish at Foxfield Oval in Athelstone.
