I received some threatening messages that I needed to pay for a toll. Perhaps it was a mail I received, so I may have thought, as puzzled as I was. If I did not, there would be a "penalty" involved. Some sort of emotional blackmail. What happened, was that I became the victim of a scam, a scam of money which has left me far worse off than I am now. I went to the bank to tell them of this devastating and unfortunate situation, hoping to get my money back. Their response was cold-hearted, to say the least, in not refunding my lost money. Their response was not too dissimilar to blame a person who injures themselves walking on wet paint and slipping when someone tells them it's dry. Or blaming a person who gets food poisoning from under-cooked meat, when they're told it's the texture from the way it's cooked. Cold as ice, from a so-called big bank, Commonwealth Bank. Blame the victim, not the cause, but what's worse about my situation, is that I was especially threatened if I didn't do anything. Similar to a person who gives money when they're threatened by a weapon. Can you please help me refund my lost money? It will be much appreciated.
