Last Man Standing for T2KO

Join me in my journey of running GV last man standing backyard ultra In Shepparton, while raising funds for T2KO.

What is a backyard ultra I hear you say?
The Backyard Ultra is a unique running format whereby runners all start a 6.72km loop every hour on the hour.
Sounds easy? Sure, how many times can you back up and start again?

Runners return to the start line =1st with everyone else each hour until they personally can't go any further, hints last man standing... literally!

Just over a year ago I quite literally ran into the founder of T2KO Zac while competing in a running event, long story short I was inspired by the work they do to raise awareness and funds for those battling osteosarcoma. I have been lucky enough to run with Zac in multiple events, hear the stories of those living with osteosarcoma and have the pleasure of meeting them/their families. Nothing compares to the strength and resilience they show each and everyday battling this deadly cancer.
