A couple of times per year, F45 fundraises for charity with our Heroes Hollywood session. It seems fitting that this time, we fundraise for one of our own. Our Hero, Paul Ryan. Paul and his wife Kirsty have been 5:45am F45 Lutwyche regulars since 2016! They are family. Earlier this year, after undergoing investigations for headaches, Paul was diagnosed with Stage 4 brain cancer. He is currently undergoing radiation and chemotherapy to prolong his precious time with Kirsty and their two sons, Will (17) and Sam (16). We rally around this family and ask that you attend any F45 Heroes Hollywood on Saturday 24th June and please kindly donate anything you can to the Ryan family to help them through this devastating time.
