Terminal motor neurone disease

Martin is 55yrs old. A year after first symptoms and multiple testing, Martin was diagnosed with Motor neurone disease. The disease is progressing very fast. Martin is needing a medical bed, lift chair and mobility aids. Any donations will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
