The op-shop in Khancoban is run by volunteers and is KUVA's main source of funding.
KUVA have been renting the space and using it as an op-shop providing the community with affordable items such as clothes, books, toys, and babywear. For our travellers passing through who sometimes lose luggage or just aren't quite equipped for the climate, our community op-shop has been a lifesaver.
The profits from the op-shop directly impact our community, funding projects and events, however, the building in mention is now being sold and KUVA need help.
We are calling on the community to help fund this purchase so that we can keep contributing to upgrades around Khancoban.
