This year we are building another mighty BEAR PACK to take on the famous City2Surf! By building a team of runners, we hope to each raise valuable funds for The Lucian Page Scholarship. THE LUCIAN PAGE SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship has been set up to honour the memory of a little warrior friend who lost his battle to cancer. Lucian was a beautiful boy who brightened the life of every person he came in contact with. He had a passion for all things lego and was obsessed with Garbage trucks! He was a bundle of energy and every moment spent with him was full of life. The Scholarship provides financial assistance to kids who have battled cancer and want to follow their dreams. It might be University, TAFE, Certificates or courses. The scholarship is funded by generous people who want to give these kids a boost they so rightfully deserve. In its 7th year now and raising over $35,000 - previous recipients have gone on to follow their own dreams at University as Nurses, Zoologists, Vets, Construction and Biomedical Engineers.
