To build my house which got damaged in the cyclone in 2018

I lost my mother in 2018 since then I have been struggling to fulfill my mums last wish which was to complete my studies....but then a cyclone hit our country we had to evacuate from our house....when we came back to chck on our house it was damaged....I live in that damaged house....locking my door with a screwdriver.....I wish to rebuild my mother's house
