Legal Defence of a Facebook comment

Hello I am trying to raise funds to help pay my legal costs after being arrested for a comment that I made on Facebook!
Hello my name is Bryan and I'm trying to raise funds to pay my solicitor for my hearing in April this year where I've pleaded not guilty. On the 30th of July 2021 at 7:30pm my home was raided by strikeforce seasoned, they were set up to investigate people in relation to the anti lock down protest in Sydney that happened on Saturday the 24th of July 2021 in Sydney's CBD. On Tuesday the 27th of July I was on Facebook in a local community group page where people were saying absolutely spiteful and nasty things about the protesters including comments that the police should resort to acts of violence against the protesters, this infuriated me as I believe that everyone should have the right to protest if they disagree with decisions made by a government that impact their lives so heavily. I felt an obligation to stand up for these protesters because it made me angry that my community could turn on their fellow Australians for their choices with hoping the police would use violence on them, I was not at the protests and didn't know any of the protesters but I decided to pretend to be a protester commenting that the next protest was going to be bigger and that we would have pepper spray to protect ourselves from the police if they came within 1.5 metres of us because they would be breaching the health orders and we don't know if they have covid and that we will have sonic whistles used to train the police dogs and horses to control them (sonic whistles don't exist). On Friday the 30th of July at 7:30pm I had 8 to 12 police knock on my door with a warrant for my arrest for incite others to use prohibited weapons to assault nsw police (crime act 1916 law part 3959) which was in no way my intention, it was a statement not a call to arms and the words protect ourselves does not translate to assault. The police wouldn't even let me shut the toilet door while I did a poo while they stood there watching me with their body cams recording me on the toilet then they took me away to Wyong police station while they searched our home for 3 hours unsuccessfully looking for pepper spray but during the search 2 male police officers entered my daughter's bedroom and turned her light on where she woke to 2 strange men in her bedroom after I clearly told them my daughter was in the house during the video this still effects her. Also during the video the officer conducting the search laughs as he agrees with my mrs that she was shocked because if I had intent then neither him or her would be shocked. They seized my phone and computer, my partners phone and tablet and my daughters laptop to download data. 6 hours later I was released with bail conditions to not attend any outdoor gathering in Greater Sydney or make any social media posts inciting people which still stand till my case is heard. It took a month for me to get my partners phone, tablet and my daughters laptop back and 4 months for me to get my phone back and they still have my computer because I know they can't find any evidence on any devices because there is none. The police contacted my employer to check my alibi that I was at work during the protest and told my boss that not only did they think I was intending on attending the next protest but that I was an organiser which resulted in me losing my job. I also have printouts of posts on various media pages and local community pages where the police commissioner stated that I had been arrested for inciting last weekends protest which happened 3 days before my Facebook comment so I apparently incited something that had already happened and am sure they're trying to make an example of me and they thought I was a big fish when I'm just a 50 year old man trying to live my life, after my arrest my mental health went downhill fast and I was locking doors and windows and running to peer out the curtains with the sound of any car along with not being able to sleep which I still suffer from and my doctor prescribed anti psychotic medication then anti depressants for along with seeing 3 different councillors because when your charged with something so serious that you didn't know you had committed it destroys all your logical thinking. I have not been able to get another job since due to my mental mindset and the fact that the charge shows up on my criminal background check and under outcome it says pending. Who would employ anybody with a charge of inciting people to use illegal weapons to assault NSW Police pending or not. I used most of my savings to start an online business that is not going well at all which is why I've had to resort to asking for help because my solicitor requires the balance of what I owe 30 days before court which is now overdue, whether you can help or not I appreciate you listening to my story and if you have any questions or want proof please email me.
