Breast reduction surgery to reduce severe back pain

My breasts started developing very early in my life started cause from a very young age because of their size.
The funds raised will be used to fund a breast reduction procedure in order to improve quality of life and lesson the back issues that developed because to the weight of the breasts.
I am asking for support in this matter because the loops and requirements of Medicare covering part of it are very strict and hard to qualify for even in severe cases.
