I have decided to appeal the judgment in the matter Larter v Hazzard to the Court of Appeal. We are also fighting the Public Health Order and its implications for all workers in other jurisdictions such as the NSW Industrial Relations Commission and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.This is a matter of significant public interest and needs to be challenged to ensure the ongoing freedom and rights of Australian’s are protected. No person should be discriminated against due to their conscience, religious beliefs or medical status. We must protect our right to freedom of choice. All money raised will be used to fight the cause.
