This November I will be fundraising for Headspace by riding 1,500km during the month. Headspace supports youth who are facing a variety of Mental Health troubles. Whilst the battles and statistics of mental health are becoming wide spread I think it's a great opportunity to help raise funds and continue breaking down the stigma.
