Tamara is one of those rare people you meet in your life, a once in a lifetime person. Always listening, giving fair advice, smart, curious, loving, fun and an outstanding Mum who is completely devoted to her two girls. Tamara is the backbone of her girls lives, giving them everything they need to be the best they can with every opportunity for the fullest life. A few months ago Tamara found a lump in her breast and after having an ultrasound and many tests she was told she has Triple Positive Breast Cancer Hercephn positive stage 2 (Grade 3). After other tests they found it is also in her lymph nodes. She will be having a biopsy to check her other breast also. Tamara will be starting chemotherapy soon and will also have a mastectomy with reconstruction. They have suggested many other treatments and procedures for her which she is now taking all the information in and trying to research and process it all. The money raised will go towards many medical appointments and bills, supporting herself and her two girls in general day to day life and also give her the opportunity to seek advice and care through other mediums. Tamara moved to Melbourne and I live in WA, so I am wanting to support her in the only way it seems I can during these times with Covid, a financial support and phone friend. I usually do a fundraiser amongst my friends and family every year, giving the money raised to women in my local community who have breast cancer.
