Whilst I had knowledge of Parkinsons Disease… it wasn’t until 2 years ago that I was introduced to this disease on a much more exclusive level, through a new Fitfix personal training client. In recognition and admiration of my client Humphrey and all of those suffering with Parkinson’s Disease, I will be Embarking on a 100km trek to raise funds for Parkinson’s Foundation Victoria. On Saturday November 6th 2021, I will endeavour to run/walk from the picturesque Point Nepean, along the coastal roads of Port Phillip Bay, to finish at the iconic beachside town of Port Melbourne 100km away.
