Most science is written in English, posing an obvious bias and disadvantage to scientists from non-English speaking countries. We are a not-for-profit organization aiming to support the inclusion of Latinas in science by providing free editing and scientific assessment services. Publication fees in American dollars or euros, are extremely high and often unattainable by researchers in developing countries. Publication fees could be up to more than one year's salary of what a microbiologist, geneticist, or assistance professor makes in countries like Colombia. To foster equity and inclusivity in science, we are fundraising to cover the publication fees of Latin American female scientists. This campaign runs until the 31st of Dec 2021. Funds will be allocated to publish scientific articles of women participating in our program.
